What equipment do you use? – Our equipment is vast, but very carefully selected for each shoot. An array of Sony and Canon Cameras, vast amount of high end lenses as well as compact lighting and flash guns. Support equipment is light weight and small.
What if something should fail? – We have multiple camera bodies, a tone of lenses, substitutes for substitute Memory Cards. everything is backed up three times at the earliest possible opportunity.
Do you have an understudy? – We have! and they are super talented and numerous.
What do you wear? – Our dress code is discreet/smart, because of the physical demands of shooting a wedding it isn’t practical to wear a suit or formal dress (although we will on request, but at the sacrifice of some creative shots).
How do we receive the finished work? – The finished pieces are provided on USB flash drives in unique packaging that we like to change up from time to time. Depending on your choice of services we can also provide private or social online viewing of both stills & Films.
When do we receive the finished work? Photography is usually online within 4-6 weeks along with teaser trailers or highlights films. Signature and Feature films take around three months in production. Rushing these precious memories is never done. So we take our time and give it what it needs to be special. In mid season if a film goes overdue… we’d prefer this rather than produce anything unfinished or substandard, we know you’ll be aching to see the day again. But it must be right.
I wasn’t thinking of a film…should I? – Most definitely, We love photography and it is essential. But a film is so beautiful if its done the right way. Ask yourself if you had the chance to see your grandparents film or pictures, what would you choose? Both of course, but a film would be like a real window back to that day.
I only budgeted for a great photographer! – You can have both – Fusion is your answer, we believe its the future. We supply the highest standard for both.
Do you supply an Album? – We don’t supply an album inclusive of our prices. Albums are important, but we don’t believe an album to be an immediate priority on booking. Weddings are expensive and ensuring things are captured to the highest standard is a fair percentage of your budget. After your bank account has recovered, we can meet for coffee and show you a range of beautiful books and supply a choice of Album on request.
How do we go about booking you? – A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable initial payment of £200. Sadly we cannot hold dates for you without an initial payment and signing a contract. We receive 3-4 enquiries a day but there’s still a chance we might not fill your date after turning away enquiries before cancellation.
How do we pay? – Bank Transfer (preferred) or Cheque are the existing methods of payment, if these aren’t suitable please contact us for alternative methods (but these do incur bank charges). After the initial payment of £200, a 50% is due at 6 months in advance with the final balance due 4 weeks before the wedding.
